Extraction of impacted wisdom tooth from the lower jaw is a surgical procedure and should be done by skilful hands. I had an impacted 48 situation (partially erupted wisdom tooth in the lower right jaw, hitting the next totally fine tooth and causing pain). I am fortunate that my case was handled by Dr. Mangesh Patil as he made this entire experience so easy and smooth. He is so skilled that even the anaesthetic injection did not pain…at all. Moreover I was worried about the pain during stitch removal but that was also painless.
Dr. Mangesh and his entire team is so jolly, amazing to talk to, and super supportive. You can even enjoy melodious songs while you getting your teeth fixed ;). I highly recommend Patil’s Dental Care, Wakad.

Very good doctor. I visited to some hospital for my tooth extraction where they told me that my tooth extraction is very crucial may cause fracture of bones near tooth, i got scared. I have decided to take an alternate suggestion from another doctor so I visited to Doctor Patils dental care with the help of good Google reviews. Dr. Patil sir was very polite, They have cleared all my doubts, they told me that my tooth can be extracted easily without pain. I have taken an appointment for next day. Next day tooth extraction process started, i was still bit scared but sir talking with me continuously to make me feel comfortable and after 10-15 mins sir said, "your tooth extracted"...I was shocked 😳 .. tooth extracted without pain💪😄...So finally I found a good dentist for my family.. I consider myself as a toughest patient any doctor can encounter with because i have anxiety issue when it comes to injections and we all know that dental anesthesia is painful… Dr patil has done my root canal treatment and right from the starting his diagnosis was really on point and he really understood my anxiety issue from starting and tried to calm me as much as he can. He doesn’t work only to get it finished but also know how to be loyal with his work and patients. The color of my cap was slightly different when it came , i can assure you any other doctor could have not even mentioned this and fit the cap as it is but he told me to come again and he will make the cap look similar to my teeth… and one more thing the prices are less as compared to other clinics.. Now he is going to be my dentist permanently 😁

I was having problem in one teeth and I visited another doctor who insisted me to go for RCT. As I didnt had any pain or sensitivity, I thought to take second opinion and I visited to doctor Patil's clinic. Reaction was opposite from Dr. and he told me that he will put his best efforts to not go for RCT. He explained the problem and kept updated me what he is doing now and what would be the next step.
In 3 sittings, filling was done and in that 20 days time he assured that there is no pain or symptoms to go for RCT.
Charges are reasonable as at other places but the time and dedication to fix the problem with 100% saatisfaction is unmatchable with any other dentist I met so far.
He is the 1 dentist for my family now, thankyou doctor Patil !

I visited this hospital for RCT treatment based on suggestions from my office colleagues. I am pleased to say that my visit paid off well. Though there were multiple visits to the hospital, Dr. Mangesh sir nicely took extensive care of all the follow-ups with no hassles. And the good part is that two chief doctors handled the RCT procedure at different rounds of independent sessions to the complete the task. I found both doctors were easily approachable, and they spent enough time to clear all the technicality-related issues/doubts while attending to the cases. The only problem what I faced was booking an appointment at the right time, which sometimes gets delayed due to the visit of more patients. I thank Dr. Mangesh sir and his entire team for their excellent job to rescue one of my teeth by neatly doing the RCT treatment with less discomfort.

Dr. Patil sir is expert surgeon. I went for my father’s tooth extraction. So on first meet they checked the condition of tooth and asked us that tooth has been broken and need to be extracted. As per their direction of medicines, my father that for next 3 days medicines for pain relief and reduce some infection. And on surgery day, Dr patil took hardly 5-10 mins to extract the tooth that too without any pain to my father. Also they gave medicines which helped my father to recover faster soon. He did not feel any pain after surgery as well. I really want to say thank you to Patil Dental clinic for best treatment and I recommend this clinic for all your dental problems

I visited Patil's Dental Clinic for the first time as had severe pain in my teeth. I took an appointment before visiting and was amazed to see the clinic honor its appointment or "walk on its talk." Never had seen that before as generally have seen a perception in doctors minds that patients time is useless. Visited so many dentists for my fractured front tooth. One of my friends took me to Patils dental care. Patil sir explained me procedure thoroughly and after that i have decided to get my implant done over here. Believe me my decision was right
Complete procedure was flawless and on the same day i got temporary tooth. Its going to be permanent after 3 months. This temporary tooth looks like a permanent one. Bottom line is i am so happy with what i got.

I had a severe pain in my left lower wisdom teeth since 3 days , I did all the home remedies and nothing worked.
Also , the pain got severe and my cheeks got swelled , it was difficult for me to take fluids as well.
That's when I decided to Patil's Dental care.

Dr. Mangesh is highly experienced and as per the structure of my wisdom teeth , my teeth was curved and almost touching the nerves.
Not only he made the process of removing wisdom teeth very smooth but also he did it very calmly.

The best doctors in Pune. I had four of my wisdom teeth extracted both normal extraction and surgical extraction. They are very humble and good human beings who will understand you and will have all the patience. Very soft spoken and trustworthy. They have always guided me correctly so I didn’t have the need to do a second consultation with other doctors. Very considerate. The team is quick and efficient. I got a filling done and the good thing was there was no discomfort or need to come back because they did a great job in one go. The staff is helpful and kind. They don't recommend unnecessary procedures either and don't charge exorbitant rates. I got my filling done by doctor Mangesh and he has a great sense of humour :) which is a good thing in any place especially at a dentist's. Overall l had a lovely experience at this place. I would recommend it to anyone without thinking twice.

The doctor is highly knowledgeable and offers wise advice. They provide comprehensive treatments and performed the surgery and root implementation flawlessly. Despite the lengthy process, they accommodated my time constraints, which was crucial for me due to my limited availability. Note that for 3D X-rays, you may need to visit other labs.

My tooth extraction surgery was not done by Dr. Patil he had surgeon in his team who performs the surgery and Dr. Patil will take care of the post surgery part, like suture removal, consultation in case of pain .
Dr. Patil is very polite, he will answer all your doubts and ensure your experience is good.
In my case, consultation, surgery and post surgery care, total experience was awasome.

I had great experience in this clinic. I completed Orthodontic treatment from this clinic. The last day of treatment when bracket removed from my teeth was one of the best day of life 😎. Previously there were space in my teeth & not properly aligned. But now I feels very great that my smile got upgraded😉.
The good thing about Dr. Patil👨🏻⚕is that his great experience and deep knowledge as well as he explains everything before the treatment.

I’ve done Wisdom tooth extraction, lower left side from Dr. Shweta & Dr. Mangesh in Patil’s Clinic.
I’m really happy to see that I’ve no swelling, very negligible and it was a smooth process, though tooth was very huge inside bone but I really didn’t felt that surgery happened.
I’ve done extraction before and there was huge swelling my entire face was 5X size so this time I was expecting something but thankfully I’m good.
